Fundraising is a vital element in the success of the association. In addition to providing for uniforms and coaching tools, our association has expenses related to field space, officials, insurance and routine business management items.
We are 100% volunteer run and have over 100 volunteers who give thousands of hours to creating this opportunity for our children!
2010 Fundraising Opportunities
Each team is responsible for raising an amount equal to $100 per child on the team.
Do one fundraiser or do them all to meet your $100 per participant fundraising goal! Your fundraising packets will be provided by your team parent and additional resources will be online soon.
Ads and Shout-Outs in Our 2010 Yearbook Program
Ads are a great way for local businesses to show their support for our community or for families to make their support of a team or participant really stand out! We offer varying sizes and configurations of ads - four-color, line-art, photos - the only limit is the purchaser's imagination! View our ad guidelines, here.
Get started early by soliciting or purchasing Yearbook Advertising using the Ad Order Form and Ad Guidelines. Be sure to list your team's name on the form so it counts toward fundraising. Ad orders and payments can be routed through your Team Parent, or sent to Jennifer Troch, Team Parent Coordinator. Please make every attempt to send graphics electronically per the order form. Order forms may be emailed, but will not be processed until payment is received and reconciled. Clearly indicate in your message any relationship between electronic orders and hardcopy/payment submittals, please!
Shout-Outs are text-only messages printed in the Yearbook as an affordable way to recognize a team, a participant, a coach - whatever! At just $10 each, it's easy to get carried away with shout-outs from grandparents, siblings, and anyone who wants to say, "GO BULLDOGS!"

We are dependent on our sponsors and have many levels of recognition for small and large businesses. Get exposure for your business while you help change the lives of over 500 local youth.

Direct donations from our community are greatly appreciated. Please send any direct donations to our PO Box to the attention of DeAnna Sohn, or turn them in to your team parent. Make sure you write "DONATION" and your team's name on the memo line.

Basket Auction at the Pep Rally
This is one of our best fundraisers every year! Each team puts together a team basket, coordinated by your team parent. Most often they are "theme" baskets, but your creativity is your limit! Baskets that bring in the most money are often sports related, such as packages that include college athletic tickets with related memorabilia.
Each basket is auctioned off at the pep rally and the highest bid wins! Want to earn more credit for your team? You may always donate more than one basket!
This year, there will be a number of items that have been donated to the association for auction. The winning bid for these items will be credited to the team of the winner of the auction!

The 2011 edition will be fresh off the presses in late July and we will be one of the first organizations to sell it. Each book contains thousands of dollars in local coupons and you get a quick return on your investment. Get your order form now!

Raffles - $5 per ticket
We will have two raffles this year. From August-September, we will offer full service tickets to the 2011 BCS bowl game! The winner will be drawn by our own CFF Football Commissioner and the winner will be drawn from tickets sold within the CFF League. This raffle is sponsored by Bishop Photography.
From September-November, we will offer tickets for the GMC raffle. This is the same nationally based raffle that we did last year, which raised nearly $6500 for our association! There will be one grand prize winner of a 2011 GMC Terrain in each participating region; and one local winner of a Home Entertainment Package/Tailgating Package per Local Marketing Association. This raffle is sponsored by Thompson Buick GMC.
